We had been an Eastlink Business Telephone customer for a year, when one morning we found ourselves in the situation of having our Internet down (with a different provider). I contacted our Eastlink account manager and explained our situation. Within 2 hours of the Internet going down, technicians were on site to install Eastlink Internet and we were up and running again. I like to think that shows the value that Eastlink sees in their customers and it makes them try that much harder to accomplish great things for their clients.
 
After our Internet was installed we decided to use our domain for email addresses. Eastlink Customer/Technical support helped me through the process and walked me through the administration of my account. With their help, I found it very easy to manage our account online.

As a consultant in many Dental Offices, I was looking for a Business Solution that would provide Dentists with financial savings while being more efficient. I liked what Eastlink offered in service, so I had them provide an audit of the telephone lines for some of my clients. Their recommendations were well received by the Dentists, provided substantial savings for them, and either added or removed lines to ensure it met their phone traffic. Some offices were provided with a 1-800 number for patients and convenient calling cards for the Dentists. Dentists enjoy travel, so the cards were appreciated.
