Note: When you change your e-mail password, Netscape7 will prompt you for the new password when you check for new mail. The following steps will guide you to ensuring that you have entered the right username for your e-mail account

• Open Netscape mail
• Click the "Edit" menu, and then select "Mail & Newsgroups Account Settings." (Show me)
• Click on "Server Settings" (Show me)
• Be sure that the "User Name" is the first part of your e-mail address, everything before the "@"
• Click "OK"
