I have no dial tone, what should I do?
Unplug all phones at the location and then reconnect just one, preferably a wired phone (if available).
If dial tone is restored you can begin reconnecting the remaining phones one at a time while checking dial tone each time.
If dial tone is lost again there may be an issue with either the phone jack, cord, or the phone you have just reconnected
Attempt a different phone in that same jack to identify if the source of the problem.

I cannot receive calls, what should I do?
Ensure phone ringer is turned on and turned up.
Ensure that call forwarding is not activated by picking up the receiver and pressing *73
You will hear a confirmation tone, and then hang up.
All incoming calls will now ring normally on your phone.
Ensure that your voicemail service is not set to pick up to quickly by picking up the receiver and pressing *94
Listen for the special dial tone (three quick beeps followed by a dial tone).
Enter the number of rings you want to hear before Call Answer takes a message.

Try another phone in the phone jack.
Try a different phone jack and/or phone cord.
If the phone is cordless, try moving closer to the base and avoiding other wireless devices.
If the phone is cordless, try changing the channel on the cordless phone (if available).

How do I setup call forwarding?
Activate call forwarding by picking up the receiver and pressing *72, then you will hear a dial tone,
Enter the number where you want your calls forwarded to.
When the call is answered, your Call Forward feature is in effect.
Note: If the line is busy or there is no answer at the forwarding number, hang-up and repeat the process to ensure the feature is activated.
