Step 1: Check system requirements for your computer

STEP 2: Remove conflicting security software
If you have other antivirus or firewall software installed on your computer, you must remove it before starting the Eastlink Internet Security Services installation. To remove, follow the instructions here.
STEP 3: Installing the software
During the installation, you will need your subscription key. The subscription key is in this format XXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX and consists of letters and numbers. Your key was delivered to you through an automated email sent to your @Eastlink.ca email account.
Installing the software could take up to 15 minutes.

Installing the software is easy. The installation wizard guides you through the process step-by-step. Depending on the speed of your computer, the installation may take some time. For installation support, click here to walk through a guide of the installation wizard.
PLEASE NOTE: You need to have a working internet connection in order to install the software successfully. The software license can only be installed on one computer at a time.
