Eastlink Television Documents a Local Rising Star

Halifax, Nova Scotia - Eastlink Television is giving you yet another reason to look forward to Spring 2008. A local rising star is creating buzz in their industry, and Eastlink Television will be airing an original documentary showcasing this Maritime success story in the Spring.

The documentary, "Some Horse!", is the story of a two-year old colt named "Somebeachsomewhere" that is quickly making a name for himself in the Harness Racing Industry. The documentary is sure to capture viewer attention from beginning to end as it looks at "Somebeachsomewhere's"' journey to world-class status and the people who helped to make it possible.

"Documentary making is an exciting format for us," says Director of Eastlink Television, Michael Smith, "This specialized programming takes a more in depth look into the local good news stories that we tell so well. We look forward to sharing this new story with our viewers in the spring."

Post production work on the documentary is expected to be completed in the next several weeks with an anticipated air date in early Spring.
