Halifax, NS - "Face to Face" with Dan Robertson premieres this fall on Eastlink TV. Beginning Friday, October 23rd at 6:30pm, Dan Robertson sits down with local sports figures for in-depth interviews. In the series opener, Canadian basketball icon Steve Konchalski reflects on his journey from Queens, New York to StFX University in Antigonish, Nova Scotia.
"Face to Face" will feature interviews with Konchalski, Detroit Red Wings Assistant Coach and former Dalhousie University hockey great Paul MacLean, Stanley Cup Champion and Halifax Mooseheads Owner Bobby Smith, and Grey Cup champion and Acadia University Head Football coach Jeff Cummins, to name a few.
"There are so many outstanding sports figures from our area with interesting stories to tell. It's fun for me as a sports fan to hear and share those stories and experiences in detail," says host, Dan Robertson.
