Halifax, NS – Eastlink and the Halifax Rainmen announced an exciting partnership today that will bring Rainmen basketball games to the homes of Eastlink subscribers.
Beginning Saturday, December 19 at 7pm, Eastlink TV will televise the first of six Rainmen home games. The Manchester Millrats kickoff Eastlink TV's coverage of the Rainmen as the teams tip off in a pre-season matchup.
"The Rainmen present an exciting product that will greatly complement our sports programming," said Michael Smith, Director of Eastlink TV, at a special launch held at the Nova Scotia Sport Hall of Fame. "We look forward to providing fans and viewers with the best in local sports."

"Everyone in the province will now have the chance to experience the excitement of professional basketball."
