He would drop in every few months to check in, build rapport with the doctors and staff and eventually earned our trust to switch our telephone lines over. The technicians were great, the switchover was seamless and our Eastlink telephone and Internet services have never gone down. But it’s the post sale local customer service and personal touch that means the most to us and why we remain a loyal customer. They continually go above and beyond for us and just get the job done.
