  • Please have the following information handy when you call:

    • Mobile phone number
    • Home address
    • Sales Receipt information (Master Account Number, Eastlink Device Protection Plan type, date of Device Protection Plan purchase, and type of device)
    • IMEI number of the mobile device
    • The credit card where you would like to charge your service replacement.
  • We’ll perform an initial assessment before sending a replacement device.

    Please follow these simple steps to prepare your defective device before sending it to us. These steps include: unlocking your device, backing up the content (data, software, information and files) from your device and removing your SIM/ Mico-SIM and Memory Card. It is really important that you unlock your device before sending it to us. If we receive your device and it's locked, you'll be charged an unlocking fee or a non-return device fee.

  • A comparable(6) replacement device will be sent to you within 1 - 3 business days of having your replacement request approved.(2)
