Joining Eastlink in the spring of 2015, Bob's career has taken him in many directions. From technical support representative to customer service and tech trainer, he has gained extensive knowledge that he brings to his current role along with a deep appreciation for the importance of communication, diversity, dependability, honesty, and leading by example.
While Bob is proud of his accomplishments, he is most proud of his team and how they strive to deliver an exceptional customer experience. Bob and his team are hard at work enhancing Eastlink's mobile experience and Bob says: "Having a great team to work with makes it enjoyable to do what I do every day."
When asked what advice he would give others, Bob had this to say: "Work hard, put your name out there, get a foot in the door, and show passion for what you are interested in. If you have passion and drive, the rest will fall into place."
After a busy workday, Bob can be found whipping up a culinary masterpiece alongside his wife. His positive attitude and passionate commitment shines in everything he does.
