Eastlink IP Relay Service
Eastlink IP Relay is a relay service for deaf, hard of hearing or speech impaired persons with Eastlink local phone or wireless service. The service allows you to place and receive text-based relay calls from your personal computer and/or data-enabled mobile wireless device.

Message Relay Service
The Message Relay Service enables customers with hearing or speech accessibility needs, and who use a Teletypewriter (TTY), to communicate with any other person via the telephone.
