As we face this unprecedented time of uncertainty, I wanted to personally express that we care deeply about doing everything in our power to support you. As a company with deep roots in communities across the country, I am inspired by the strength and energy of our neighbours.
Our teams have been working tirelessly to ensure we live up to our commitment to keep you connected to the things and people that matter most while supporting you through this unsettling time with measures like flexible payment options, waiving mobile travel fees, and offering more free entertainment options with an expanded list of free preview channels.
I want to also extend my deepest gratitude and heartfelt thanks to all members of the Eastlink family who have stepped up in unbelievable ways with kindness, patience and understanding to do what I knew they would to serve our customers. Their dedication, commitment and resiliency during these challenging times has been remarkable. I am privileged to work with such a strong and supportive team. We are doing all we can to support our essential field team with increased safety precautions and screening tools while moving others to work-from-home arrangements.
One thing Canadians do well is come together and support each other when times get tough. Being reminded of the good helps to keep us inspired and optimistic. So I am asking if you see or experience our team going above and beyond, please share it with me so that I can personally thank them.
