It’s hard to believe that 9 weeks have passed since my first email to you. I hope this finds you and your loved ones safe and well.
We are so appreciative of the trust you have placed in us to serve you through this unprecedented time. Now, just over two months into this, we are encouraged and optimistic as we start to safely move towards a new normal. What better time as we begin to experience the early signs that summer is on the way.
Provinces, in partnership with their public health experts, are taking a measured and cautious approach to reopening and we are following their guidance. You have our ongoing commitment that your safety and that of our people is our top priority. It will be safety first whether it’s reopening our retail locations (which have begun in some areas), preparing our technicians for in-home visits, or ensuring our customer care and operational teams can continue to safely and confidently provide you with the essential services you have come to rely on now more than ever.
Many of you have shared with me over these past several weeks how much you’ve appreciated new ways of doing business with us like our device delivery and pickup service, self-care options, as well as completing installations and repairing service issues from the driveway. Rest assured, we will continue to make these options available to you.
As we have from the beginning, we will adapt our approach as things evolve and keep you updated every step of the way. In the meantime, you can find more details on our COVID-19 page highlighting our latest efforts to support you and our teams as we find our way to a new normal, together.
