I hope this email continues to find you and your loved ones safe and well. It’s been 8 months since my first email to you when Covid-19 began to impact the lives of so many Canadians from coast to coast. I made a commitment to you back then that, as things evolve, we would continue to adapt to keep you connected and informed.
As you know, many provinces are grappling with a resurgence of Covid-19. To ensure your safety and that of our people, we are reintroducing precautionary health and safety practices in communities where provincial health authorities have recommended additional restrictive measures. This includes completing installations and resolving service issues without needing to go into your home using technology that allows you to connect with our field technicians and our technical support team through your smartphone. We are also providing you the options of pickup by appointment and home delivery.
