In order to reduce the risk of exposure to COVID-19 symptoms, our team will review a short pre-screening questionnaire with all customers before they enter an Eastlink store. Please do not enter the store if you are displaying any COVID-19 symptoms or not feeling well.
We ask customers to maintain physical distancing of 2 metres (6 feet) between themselves and other customers and team members at all times. We will be limiting the number of people allowed in each store at one time in order to ensure physical distancing guidelines will be followed.
Floor markers will be in place to help customers in lineups maintain physical distancing while glass barriers at service counters have been installed for the protection of our teams and customers.
Hand Sanitizing Stations
Each retail store will provide hand sanitizing stations for customers to use as they enter and leave the store. We encourage all customers use hand sanitizer while visiting our stores to ensure the safety of our teams and customers.
We are open for appointments
We recommend scheduling an appointment to visit an Eastlink store by starting an online chat or calling 1-888-345-1111. Walk-in customers are welcome in provinces where pandemic restrictions have been lifted, however, store capacity will be limited at this time, so if you don't have an appointment the next available retail associate will advise when you can come in.
