Disabled Unauthorized Streams of NHL Live Games
Your access in Canada to unauthorized streams of NHL Live games may have been disabled (blocked) pursuant to an Order of the Federal Court (Canada) dated November 21, 2022, in Federal Court File No. T-955-21. Access to certain unauthorized streams of NHL Live Games is disabled in Canada because they communicate copyrighted content without authorization.
This Order was issued following an application by the following Plaintiffs in Canada: Rogers Media Inc., Rogers Communications Inc., BCE Inc. Bell Media Inc., CTV Specialty Television Enterprises Inc., The Sports Network Inc., Le Reseau Des Sports (RDS) Inc., and Groupe TVA Inc. You may contact the Plaintiffs at: [email protected].
If you are the operator of any of the servers that have been made inaccessible, an Internet service customer affected by the Order, or anyone else who believes to be affected by the Order, you may bring a motion in the Federal Court to seek a variation of this Order insofar as it affects your ability to access or distribute non-infringing content. To do so, you must serve and file a motion record within thirty (30) days of the first occurrence of the event that allegedly affects you and that results from this order.
