Camrose, Alberta - Eastlink, a Maritime family owned and operated telecommunications company, is pleased to confirm the purchase of Lynx Net, located in Camrose and Slave Lake.
“Lynx Net has a long history of excellence; as a family run company, it has served its customers with a similar philosophy and approach as Eastlink,” says Lee Bragg, CEO of Eastlink. “Adding Lynx Net to the Eastlink family further strengthens our commitment to this region.”
Eastlink has invested over $165 million in the towns it serves in Alberta over the last 10 years, bringing state-of-the-art high speed Internet services, HDTV, and competitive telephone services to towns like Grande Prairie, Cold Lake, Fox Creek, Three Hills, Bonnyville, St. Paul, Wetaskiwin, Whitecourt, and Mayerthorpe to name just a few.
When asked about choosing Eastlink as the company’s buyer, Lynx Net owner, Larry McLaren had this to say: “Having met Eastlink’s owner and key people, I truly believe that the company is run by good people who care.”
