Charlottetown, Price Edward Island - Eastlink, a Platinum Level Sponsor of the QEH Hospital Foundation ($2 million +), continued to show ongoing support for the Foundation with an on-air donation during the 11th annual QEH Eastlink 21-hour Equipment Drive.
Bruce MacLean, co-Station Manager of Eastlink Television in Stratford presented a cheque for $7,500 to the QEH Foundation. Funds raised from this year’s telethon will be used to support the intensive/critical care units and the cardio-respiratory department.

Last year volunteers helped raise more than $478,014 for the QEH Foundation.
The Eastlink 21-Hour Equipment Drive, hosted by Marlene MacDonald and Vern Murphy, was held yesterday, Saturday, May 26 from Noon until Midnight, and today, May 27, from 9AM until 6PM.
