2. Internet, Video & Home Phone packages are available to new customers (new customers means not having been an Eastlink customer within the past six months). Professional installation fee of $59.95 may apply. All bundles displayed include unlimited internet data.
3. Any channels that are exchanged must remain on your account for a minimum of one (1) month.
4. TiVo, the TiVo logo and TiVo silhouette logo are registered trademarks and exclusive property of TiVo Brands LLC. Streaming services are not included and a separate subscription/account is required.
5. Eastlink Internet service is required. Eeros are optimized in our Bundle plans at no additional cost.
6. Smart Home Packages are conditional upon entering into a 3-year (36 month) service agreement. Monthly equipment fees apply and vary by the equipment selected. If this Agreement is terminated or your services are cancelled prior to the end of your term, you will be required to pay an amount that is equal to the fair market value of the total equipment provided to you pro-rated based off the number of months remaining on your term.
7. Price includes Mobile bundle discount. Available to new customers (new customers meaning not having been an Eastlink customer within the past six months); or existing customers who add Internet and eligible Mobile plans. $10 bundle discount is available to customers who add Internet with eligible Mobile plans. $15 bundle discount is available to customers who add Internet with eligible Mobile and either TV, Smart Home or Home Phone plans. $10 or $15 bundle discount appears on your Eastlink Internet monthly bill and will apply as long as your services are in good standing. In the event your Mobile or Internet service is terminated or service plan is changed, you may be required to forfeit the monthly bundle discount. A one-time connection fee of $50 is applied on your first Eastlink mobile bill. If you subscribe to a Rollover Data plan the following terms and conditions apply: A) Starting on your second month of service any data you have not used by the end of the month will be rolled over to the next month. B) The maximum roll over data you can have at any given time is equal to the monthly data included in your Rollover Data plan. For example, if you subscribe to a 10 GB plan, the maximum amount of rollover data you can have at any given time is 10 GB. C) Rollover data will expire if you change plans, including to another Rollover Data plan. D) If you change to another Rollover Data plan, you will start to incur rollover data in your second month after your plan change. E) Unused data included in Travel Packs, Data Top-Up, and Bonus Data cannot be rolled over.
