A
one-time connection fee of $70 per new mobile activation or $35 per mobile
device upgrade is applied on your Eastlink bill.
Bundle price with Mobile includes $5 pre-authorized
payment discount. Pre-authorized payment discount is available to new or
existing mobile customers who subscribe to an eligible in-market residential
plan and set up monthly pre-authorized payments. You must set-up and keep
pre-authorized payments active with an eligible plan to receive this discount.
The discount is applied to your monthly mobile plan. The Pre-authorized payment
discount will begin on your next bill cycle after setting up pre-authorized
payments. This discount may be removed if your mobile service is terminated,
you change to an ineligible plan, remove your pre-authorized payment method,
your payment method is expired, or if payment fails. For more details on

with Internet plans 350 Mbps and above at no additional cost. Speeds and
coverage may depend on geographic area, eero placement, device set-up and
capabilities, applicable network management practice, certain in-home materials
or equipment, or other factors. Includes unlimited Internet.

trademarks and exclusive property of TiVo Brands LLC. Streaming services are
not included and a separate subscription/account is required. Eastlink Internet
service is required. TiVo Stream Mobile App requires subscription to both TiVo
Stream and Internet service. The Eastlink TiVo Stream mobile app is available
to new or existing Eastlink TiVo® Stream customers with select compatible
devices and can only be operated while connected to a stable Internet
connection (Internet connection meaning WiFi or Mobile Data), for use in Canada
only. Usage rates may apply. Availability of live or OnDemand content is based
on the channels or add-ons subscribed to, and the geographic location of the
customers' service address. After 365 days, TiVo Stream DVR recordings will be
deleted.
3. Any channels that are exchanged must remain on your
account for a minimum of one (1) month.

a 3-year (36 month) service agreement. Monthly equipment fees apply and vary by

that is equal to the fair market value of the total equipment provided to you
pro-rated based off the number of months remaining on your term. Bundle prices
only apply to customers with an active Eastlink Internet plan. Eastlink
reserves the right to remove bundle discounts if a customer no longer meets the
eligibility requirements. All Smart Home Security packages require high-speed
home WiFi connection for full functionality. Service is only available in
select areas. Final eligibility for services will be determined by an Eastlink
representative. A professional installation fee of $69.95 applies for all
professionally installed packages and customers who subscribe to an Eastlink
Internet plan. The professional installation fee for all other customers is
$149.95.
7. Eastlink’s Unlimited Data Mobile plans include two
high-speed data allotments, one for use on Eastlink’s network and one for use
nationwide on extended coverage (extended coverage represents access to partner
networks across Canada). The price of the plan and size of the data allotments
depends on the plan selected. Once your high-speed Eastlink and/or Nationwide
data allotment has been depleted you will continue to enjoy unlimited data for
no additional cost at a reduced speed, up to 512kbps (upload/download) for the
applicable data, until the beginning of your next billing cycle. The download
and upload speed of the high-speed data will depend on geographic location and
other conditions. If you subscribe to easyTravel, international data usage will
count towards your allotment for Eastlink’s Network. See our Acceptable Use
