Over the next three weeks, we will be upgrading our Standard Definition (SD) TV service to brilliant High Definition (HD) in your community. You will be receiving your new receiver by mail shortly. Here's what you need to know.
1. Insert the 2 AA batteries provided into your new receiver remote. The remote is already programmed to work for your receiver.
2. Ensure that your TV input is on the correct setting HDMI 1 using your TV remote.
3. Then please call 1-866-238-2390, choose your language preference and select option 3, option 1 to activate your receiver.
REMEMBER: You will need the Serial Number for the receiver when you call to activate it.
The old equipment can be recycled by being dropped off at your nearest Enviro Depot. Please note, we will be removing the old receiver from your account and you will not be charged for not returning the equipment back to us.
