As part of our upgrade, we are changing the way we deliver all TV channels to ensure crystal clear picture and sound and enhance your overall viewing experience.


How it will affect you?

Starting the 29th of April 2014, we will be upgrading all existing channels to the new enhanced format. We will need to upgrade your TV service so that your service is not disrupted.
This project is not intended to take anything away; in fact we are working to improve your overall viewing experience.


What are the benefits of Unmatched TV?

  • You will get access to more TV channels including 40 high quality music channels.
  • You will be able to access 1000's of titles of Free prime time TV show and series, family programming, and Eastlink TV programming any time you like with OnDemand.
  • You will have an interactive TV guide which displays what's on TV now, over the next 14 days, and search for your favourite type of program.
  • No more waiting for the guide to scroll to find your favourite.
  • You will be able to easily upgrade to High Definition (HD) TV service to take full advantage of your flat screen TV.
  • You will be able to rent movies OnDemand.
  • Bundle customers will automatically receive additional channels including AMC, Disney XD, Disney Junior, OWN, Sportsnet ONE, TSN2, Teletoon Retro, and Turner Classic Movies (TCM).

New Simplified Remote!

As part of delivering an Unmatched TV experience, we are now offering our customers a simplified remote option. It is designed for easy configuration and setup, has large font size, and high contrast keys to further improve the experience.

Do I need to install the Digital receiver myself to upgrade my TV?
