We’re upgrading our network to bring you Unmatched TV

As part of our upgrade, we are changing the way we deliver all TV channels to ensure crystal clear picture and sound and enhance your overall viewing experience.

Over the next year the channels you currently enjoy will be converting from analog into stunning digital format. TVs currently connected to the digital receiver will not be impacted. TVs that presently don’t have a digital receive will need to have one added to continue to receive the same level of programming.

How it will affect you?

Starting the 29th of April 2014, we will be upgrading all existing channels to the new enhanced format. We will need to upgrade your TV service so that your service is not disrupted.

This project is not intended to take anything away; in fact we are working to improve your overall viewing experience.


What are the benefits of Unmatched TV?

  • You will get access to more TV channels
  • You will have an interactive TV guide which displays what’s on TV now, over the next 14 days, and search for your favorite type of program.
  • You will be able to easily upgrade to High Definition (HD) TV service to take full advantage of your flat screen TV
  • You will be able to subscribe to more channels including premium sports content.

Your business sales representative will support you through your transition. We would need to ensure that you have a Set up box receiver installed for all your TVs or we can identify a solution that best fits your current infrastructure. What is important is that you act now to upgrade your network so that we can manage your upgrade.
