In order to enjoy the highest quality mobile experience, some Eastlink customers need to take action to upgrade to our Voice & Data LTE network.
The majority of Eastlink’s customers are already enjoying our upgraded network. However, there is a small number of customers who need to swap out their SIM or switch to a newer, compatible phone.
If you have a compatible phone but need a new SIM
All you need to do is change your SIM (at no charge to you).
If you have a non-compatible phone
We would like to use this as an opportunity to get you a new phone.

Customers who have not upgraded will experience disruptions to fundamental services like data. If you're not sure whether you need to upgrade, please visit an Eastlink retail store, or call us at 1-888-345-1111.

Your non-compatible device will no longer be able to connect
to the Eastlink’s network and we will no longer be able to guarantee the
quality of your mobile services as a result. To keep enjoying your service on
the Eastlink’s network you need to replace your device/SIM card.
We will change the SIM
for FREE! It only takes a few minutes and don’t impact your device settings.
No, there is no additional cost to taking advantage
of our upgraded network since you already own a compatible device.

Voice & Data LTE network will provide all of
our customers with a more reliable connection, faster call connections, clearer
quality calls and the ability to use LTE Data while on a call.

turn off older networks so we can focus on newer, faster, leading-edge network
technology and continue to deliver advanced mobile services and speed. Without
a compatible device, you will begin to experience service disruptions.
