Save an extra $10/month when you bring your own device.
It’s simple stuff! At all times you can see the network you
are on from your phone home screen. Eastlink refers to the Eastlink coverage
while Eastlink-EXT1, Eastlink-EXT2 and Eastlink-EXT3 refer to the Nationwide
Extended coverage. When you travel outside of the Eastlink network in
Canada, you’ll be connecting to a partner’s network and so you’ll have access to
the Nationwide portion of your plan.
Our coverage map shows
two coverage areas. The dark purple is the Eastlink coverage area, so it
connects to our own infrastructure. The lighter purple is the Nationwide
Extended coverage area where you get access to our partner networks across the
country. The entire coverage area is available with any of our plans. The only
difference is the amount of data available to use. There are some areas within
the dark purple where you may also be connecting to our partner networks. You
can easily identify which network you are on right from your phone.
Simply manage your account at home or on-the-go by logging
into your Self Care. You’ll then be able to see the usage for each
data bucket included in your plan. Note that usage outside the Eastlink
coverage area may not be reflected in real-time.
With Worry-Free Data,
never worry about overages. We will notify you when you reach 75% and 100% of
your data limit. We'll even pause your data when you reach 100%, so you can
choose the next best option for you. The data bucket in question will be
clearly identified as “your Eastlink data” or “your Nationwide data”. You could
receive up to 4 text message notifications per bill cycle.
We’ve got you covered! Add 1 GB Data Top-up for only $15.
Data included in the top-up can be used within the Eastlink coverage or the

Not a problem. With easyTravel you can use
the same plan you use at home for only $9 or $13 per day. You will only be
charged on any day that you place or answer a call, send a message, or use data
when travelling to an eligible destination. Your Eastlink data bucket will be
used just like at home and you will not be charged on days you don’t use your
Standard pay-per-use rate ($0.10/MB) applies.
You can rollover your unused monthly data, up to the amount of data that is included in your monthly plan.
For example: if your
monthly plan includes 10 GB of data, you can roll over up to 10 GB of unused
data to the following month. You cannot have more than 10 GB of data in your
rollover bucket at any given time.
Your unused data will rollover at the end of each bill cycle.
That’s the best part! There is no expiry, which means you can use your rolled over data any time!

$5 credit is available when you bring your own device to Eastlink and activate on a monthly Rollover Data plan; and will appear on your Eastlink Mobile invoice for 12 months. Regular in-market price applies after the 12 months. In the event your service is terminated or service plan is changed during the 12-month period, you may be required to forfeit the remaining monthly credits.
If you subscribe to a Rollover Data plan the following terms and conditions apply:
1. Starting on your second month of service any data you have not used by the end of the month will be rolled over to the next month.
2. The maximum roll over data you can have at any given time is equal to the monthly data included in your Rollover Data plan. For example, if you subscribe to a 10 GB plan, the maximum amount of rollover data you can have at any given time is 10 GB.
3. Rollover data will expire if you change plans, including to another Rollover Data plan.
4. If you change to another Rollover Data plan, you will start to incur rollover data in your second month after your plan change.
5. Unused data included in Travel Packs, Data Top-Up, and Bonus Data cannot be rolled over.
Eastlink’s Big Data plans include (depending on your selected plan) from 40 GB to 60 GB of fast LTE data on the Eastlink Network, as well as from 5 GB of data on the Nationwide network (see eastlink.ca/mobile/coverage)
