When are my services being moved over to Eastlink?

In the coming months, customers will begin to be migrated to Eastlink. You will receive an email/letter/call explaining the details. There’s no action required from customers at this time.

Will I be able to access NeoTech billing and payment information after my service has been moved to Eastlink?

Once your services have been moved to Eastlink you will no longer have access to the NeoTech billing portal. If you need copies of your historical invoices you will need to download copies before the end of January.

Will my price change?

No, if you maintain your current service, your price will not change.

When will my first Eastlink invoice be due?

For the time being, your billing date will not change. We’ll provide further details in the coming months about when and how your bill may change.

Do I have to change my current hardware and service?

Internet only customers: No, you do not have to change your current hardware.

Internet/Phone/TV (any combination of services): Yes. We will be in touch in the coming months with more information.

How can I pay my bill with Eastlink?

Eastlink offers many convenient ways to pay your bill. You can find details about all your options here.

How do I make changes to my services or set up preauthorized payment?

To manage your bill and services, you’ll need to register for Eastlink My Account, an online billing portal. You will receive an email with more information about My Account.

How do I continue to pay my NeoTech bill?

If you currently are paying by pre-authorized payment, no action is required. You can make one-time payment by money order or by cheque to NeoTech at the address below:

Can I change my billing date?

No, you are not able to change your billing date at this time.
