How can I buy a self-install kit? add close

How long does it take to set up a self-install kit? add close

Our self-install kits include everything you need to set up your services quickly. You should be able to connect your services the same day you pick up or receive your self-install kit.

What if my services don't work even after following the instructions? add close

Can I self-install my TiVo Stream and internet again if I'm moving? add close

Yes, you'll just need to let us know when you’re disconnecting and where you’re relocating your self-install TiVo Stream and Internet services.

  1. Based on comparison of WiFi extenders included in competitor plans. Eastlink Internet service is required. Eeros are optimized in Internet plans at no additional cost, excluding the Internet 100 plan which includes 1 eero (additional eeros can be added to these plans for $5/mo). Speeds and coverage may depend on geographic area, eero placement, device set-up and capabilities, applicable network management practice, certain in-home materials or equipment, or other factors.

  2. TiVo Stream is not available in all regions. TiVo, the TiVo logo and TiVo silhouette logo are registered trademarks and exclusive property of TiVo Brands LLC.

  3. Channel availability may vary by area. Eastlink OnDemand is not included with Entry Level Basic TV service. Some content requires a subscription to the corresponding TV channel. Movie availability varies by region.

  4. Any channels that are exchanged must remain on your account for a minimum of one (1) month.
