We’ll perform an initial assessment before sending a replacement device.
Please follow these simple steps to prepare your defective device before sending it to us. These steps include: unlocking your device, backing up the content (data, software, information and files) from your device and removing your SIM/ Mico-SIM and Memory Card. It is really important that you unlock your device before sending it to us. If we receive your device and it's locked, you'll be charged an unlocking fee or a non-return device fee.
A comparable(6) replacement device will be sent to you within 1 - 3 business days of having your replacement request approved.(2)

Device Protection Terms & Conditions
1. Pocket Geek must be installed and kept up to date on your covered device.
2. Replacement service fees will apply for replacement devices provided for any issue other than a manufacturer’s defect.
3. Eastlink Device Protection Plans are charged to your Eastlink wireless service account.
4. Alert, Lock and Wipe are not available on iOS devices. Lock and Wipe are not available on Blackberry devices.
