Your access in Canada to unauthorized streams of MLB Live games may have been disabled (blocked) pursuant to an Order of the Federal Court (Canada) dated July 18, 2023, in Federal Court File No. T-1253-23. Access to certain unauthorized streams of MLB Live Games is disabled in Canada because they communicate copyrighted content without authorization.

If you are the operator of any of the servers that have been made inaccessible, an Internet service customer affected by the Order, or anyone else who believes to be affected by the Order, you may bring a motion in the Federal Court to seek a discharge or variation of this Order insofar as it affects your ability to access or distribute non-infringing content. To do so, you must serve and file a motion record within thirty (30) days of the first occurrence of the event that allegedly affects you and that results from this order.
