Available to new
customers enrolled in post-secondary program subscribing to Eastlink Mobile;
with a valid student ID. $10 monthly credit offer is available for new
activations on an eligible monthly Unlimited Data plan. The credit will appear
on your Eastlink Mobile invoice as a $10 credit for 24 months. In the event
your service is terminated or service plan is changed during the 24-month
period, you may be required to forfeit the remaining monthly credits. Offer not
available in all regions.
Gig Internet + Unlimited
Mobile offer available to new customers (new customers
meaning not having been an Eastlink customer within the past six months) who
add eligible Internet and eligible Mobile plans; or
existing Internet customers who add an eligible Mobile plan or existing Mobile
customers who add an eligible Internet plan. Eastlink customers who currently subscribe
to both an Internet and Mobile plan are not eligible to get this offer. 1
Gig Internet service may not be available in all areas. Professional
installation fee of $69.95 may apply for new Internet customers. A one-time
Mobile connection fee of $60 per line is applied on your first Eastlink bill.
Offer includes Fibre Link Internet 1 Gig with unlimited
usage (regular price $109.95) and Unlimited $65 Mobile plan. $99 price point is
reached through bill credits on your Internet and Mobile bills. A monthly $30 credit will be applied to one
Unlimited $65 Mobile plan and a monthly $10 credit will be applied to the
Internet plan. An additional monthly credit of $35.95 will apply to the
Internet plan for the first 12 months. The credits will apply as long as your
services are in good standing. Your
Internet promotional price consists of monthly savings off the regular price.
If the regular price increases, your monthly price will increase, but you
will continue to receive your monthly savings during the promotional period.
Changes to your services may result in loss of savings. At the end of the
promotional period, the regular in market price will apply. In the event your Internet or Mobile service
is terminated or service plan is changed, you may be required to forfeit the
monthly bundle discount. Internet speeds vary by geographic area, computer
set-up, applicable network management practice or other factors.
Eastlink’s Unlimited Data Mobile plans include two
high-speed data allotments, one for use on Eastlink’s network and one for use
nationwide on extended coverage (extended coverage represents access to partner
networks across Canada). The price of the plan and size of the data allotments
depends on the plan selected. Once your high-speed Eastlink and/or Nationwide
data allotment has been depleted you will continue to enjoy unlimited data for
no additional cost at a reduced speed, up to 512kbps (upload/download) for the
applicable data, until the beginning of your next billing cycle. The download
and upload speed of the high-speed data will depend on geographic location and
other conditions. If you subscribe to easyTravel, international data usage will
count towards your allotment for Eastlink’s Network. See our Acceptable Use

Available when you bring your own phone to Eastlink and
activate on an eligible monthly Rollover or Unlimited Data plan.
Sharing is available on Rollover plans and Unlimited Data
plans.
If you subscribe to a Rollover Data plan the following terms
and conditions apply:
1. Starting on your second month of service any data you
have not used by the end of the month will be rolled over to the next month.
2. The maximum roll over data you can have at any given time
is equal to the monthly data included in your Rollover Data plan. For example,
if you subscribe to a 12 GB plan, the maximum amount of rollover data you can
have at any given time is 12 GB.
3. Rollover data will expire if you change plans, including
to another Rollover Data plan.
4. If you change to another Rollover Data plan, you will
start to incur rollover data in your second month after your plan change.
5. Unused data included in Travel Packs, Data Top-Up, and
Bonus Data cannot be rolled over.
If you subscribe to the Canada/US plan the following terms
and conditions apply: A) Starting on your second month of service any data you
have not used by the end of the month will be rolled over to the next month. B)
The Canada/US plan has 20 GB of rollover data, meaning the maximum amount of
rolled over data you can have at any given time is 20 GB. C) Rollover data will
expire if you change plans, including to another Rollover Data plan. D) If you
change to another Rollover Data plan, you will start to incur rollover data in
your second month after your plan change. E) You may use your plan in the
United States for a maximum of six months (182 days) per year, this is
calculated from the date you subscribed to the Canada/US plan. If your usage in
the United States exceeds this limit, you may be contacted by Eastlink to
change your plan, or the ability to use your plan in the United States may be

and Canada and Canada within Canada and to the US are included. Long distance
rates will apply to calls made from the US to countries other than Canada and
from Canada to countries other than the US. G) Data roaming fees will apply to

Unused data included in Travel Packs, Data Top-Up, and Bonus Data cannot be
rolled over.
