How do I refer a friend?

It’s easy! It’s word of mouth. Simply refer your friend to the store to activate with a Rollover Data or Big Data plan. If they have your phone number and mention being referred by you, you each get a $25 bill credit! NOTE: Refer A Friend is available on Rollover Data & Big Data plans.

How many Refer A Friend credits can be applied to each account?

An Eastlink customer can refer up to 5 friends and receive up to 5 credits total per account. Once the referee activates, the referrer and referee will both receive a $25 bill credit within 30 days.

Who can I refer?

Want to share all the great benefits of being an Eastlink customer? Then you should refer all of your friends and family members! It pays to be an Eastlink customer.

Who qualifies for the Refer A Friend Program?

The referrer must be an existing Eastlink customer on a Rollover Data or Big Data plan. You cannot refer a new customer to your own account and receive a credit.

The referee must be a new Eastlink customer activating with a Rollover Data or Big Data plan.


Can I refer a new customer that brings their own phone to Eastlink?

Yes, you can refer a new customer that brings their own phone or buys a phone from Eastlink.

Do I have to be with Eastlink a certain amount of time before I can refer someone and take advantage of the Refer A Friend offer?

No, as long as you are an existing Eastlink customer on a Rollover Data or Big Data plan you can start referring friends and family right away.

Legal

Refer A Friend $25 bill credit is eligible with new activations on Rollover Data or Big Data plans. The $25 bill credit will occur on your Eastlink Mobile account when (i) you are referred by a friend, (ii) or you refer a friend to Eastlink Mobile. Referrer can get up to a maximum of 5 credits per account.
