To qualify for a bill credit, you must be a customer for at least 30 days, and be subscribed to either a Rollover or Unlimited plan, or subscribe to Internet or an Internet and TV bundle with TiVo® Stream.
It’s easy! Fill out the form here and a sales agent will reach out to your friend. If they set up home or mobile services, you will automatically be credited within 65 days.
There are no limits to how many friends you can refer to Eastlink. Each referral that leads to a successful connection of home or mobile services that maintains service for a minimum of 30 days will result in a $50 credit.
If you have home services with Eastlink, you will receive the credit on your home service invoice. If you have mobile services with Eastlink, you will receive the credit on your mobile service invoice. If you have both home service and mobile service with Eastlink, you will receive the credit on your home service invoice. All credits will be applied within 65 days of a successful referral.
For each friend you successfully refer, you will receive a credit of $50.

Refer a Friend credit eligibility: existing residential customers with Eastlink services active for at least 30 days who (i) refer a new customer (meaning they have not subscribed to Eastlink mobile, Internet, TV, or home phone service within the past six months), and (ii) that referred new customer subscribes to eligible Eastlink services for at least 30 days (eligible services include Internet, Rollover Data, and Unlimited plans). One-time $50 Refer a Friend bill credit applied to referring customer’s monthly bill within 30 to 65 days of referred new customer activating eligible services.
