Travel and Long Distance Add-ons

Certain conditions apply. Taxes if applicable, are extra. Regular pay per use rates apply (based on destination) without easyTravel or Travel Pack.

1. Travel packs and easyTravel cannot be used for cruise ships, charters, ferries and offshore boating, airplanes, or satellite locations. easyTravel must be activated on your account and allows you to use your current monthly plan in the United States or Internationally (select countries); $13 or $16 daily fee may vary. Applies on days when mobile service is used in the U.S or Internationally. easyTravel use is subject to the same terms and conditions as your current monthly service plan. Excludes premium and subscription based messages. Travel packs are valid for 30 days from the date of purchase. Additional usage is subject to extra fees, according to your Travel Pack. Regular pay per use rates apply (based on destination)  without easyTravel/Travel Pack.   Remember, unless your account holder has provided consent, your roaming data use will be limited to $100 per monthly billing cycle, which means Eastlink will turn off your data until you call Eastlink or your next billing period begins. Your account holder can call Eastlink before your trip to remove the limit, or can call any time during your trip. A $15 per minute rate is applicable when calling satellite destinations from the following regions; Mexico & Caribbean, European Union, Outside European Union, Africa, Asia, Middle East & CIS, Australia and Oceania. A $25 per minute rate is applicable when calling satellite destinations from South & Central America. Roaming rates may vary from time to time. Eastlink may block long distance calls to certain high cost areas from time to time, and may modify long distance rates. Roaming usage may not be reflected on your bill until subsequent billing cycles. easyTravel eligibility may be restricted at Eastlink’s discretion. 

2. Discount rates only apply to international calls made from within Canada. It does not apply while you are roaming internationally. Cruises and satellite phones are not eligible. Rates vary by destination.

3. If you subscribe to the Canada-US or the Can-US-Mex plan the following terms and conditions apply: A) Starting on your second month of service any data you have not used by the end of the month will be rolled over to the next month. B) Your plan includes either 50 GB or 60 GB of rollover data, the maximum amount of rolled over data you can have at any given time is what is included within your plan (i.e., 50 GB or 60 GB). C) Rollover data will expire if you change plans, including to another Rollover Data plan. D) If you change to another Rollover Data plan, you will start to incur rollover data in your second month after your plan change. E) Canada-US plan: You may use your plan in the United States for a maximum of six months (182 days) per year, this is calculated from the date you subscribed to the plan. If your usage in the United States exceeds this limit, you may be contacted by Eastlink to change your plan, or the ability to use your plan in the United States may be removed. Calls made within the US to the US and Canada, and Canada within Canada and to the US are included. Long distance rates will apply to calls made from the US to countries other than Canada and from Canada to countries other than the US. Data roaming fees will apply to data usage in the US that exceeds the allotment included in your plan. F) Can-US-Mex plan:  You may use your plan in the United States, Mexico or a combination of the United States and Mexico for a maximum of six months (182 days) per year, this is calculated from the date you subscribed to the Canada/US/Mexico plan. If your usage in the United States, Mexico or a combination of the United States and Mexico exceeds this limit, you may be contacted by Eastlink to change your plan, or the ability to use your plan in the United States or Mexico may be removed. Calls made within the US to the US, US to Canada, US to Mexico, within Mexico to Mexico, Mexico to Canada, Mexico to US and Canada within Canada, Canada to the US and Canada to Mexico are included. Long distance rates will apply to calls made from the US to countries other than Canada and Mexico, from Mexico to countries other than Canada and the US, and from Canada to countries other than the US or Mexico. Data roaming fees will apply to data usage in the US or Mexico that exceeds the allotment included in your plan.
