The Vice President of Customer Care and Retail Operations, Claudine is responsible for customer experience from coast to coast.
Claudine recognizes the importance of women in leadership roles and is humbled to be surrounded by strong women both professionally and personally. Being a woman in certain business roles can be challenging, but she recognizes there are strides being made every day to break that bias and believes that education is key when it comes to breaking down barriers in today’s world. As a mother of two boys, she believes we are all responsible for eliminating bias, and says this starts with our children. Educating the youth of today will help ensure equality and more opportunities for future generations.
She also stresses the importance of taking care of yourself as much as you care for your family and your career. This way, you can bring your best self to the table every time. When she feels like she’s stretched herself too thin, Claudine has adopted practices that help with setting boundaries, and re-centering herself.
