Now a leader on the Marketing team, Lindsay’s aptitude for organization and process management has been instrumental in guiding the team, while her curiosity to explore new opportunities drives the development of fresh and creative approaches.
Lindsay appreciates the balance that a flexible work environment provides, allowing her to grow into a leadership role while keeping up with her busy family.
When asked who inspires her, Lindsay doesn’t hesitate in responding it's, her mom, who she credits with instilling confidence and providing selfless support no matter where life has taken her. This philosophy of creating space and time for her, and for others, has influenced how Lindsay shows up in both her personal and professional life.
Lindsay’s advice to women just entering the workforce is to appreciate the value of being open-minded and working in a role you may not have expected or planned to be in. "Get your foot in the door, build relationships, and gain broad experience - that will set you up for any position in life".
