Mahsa Ebrahimian is praised for her endless hard work and dedication to the Eastlink Video Engineering team. Starting out as a Fibre Designer, she helped expand Eastlink’s technological capabilities and now oversees all of Central and Atlantic Canada.
While she acknowledges the work can be challenging, at the end of the day it’s her work ethic and passion that contributes to her success in the role. Mahsa thrives when she sees her work coming to life in a tangible way and enjoys that no day is the same.
The mother of two girls, Mahsa works hard to break the bias women face in the workplace every day. She stresses the importance of diversity in the workplace and says that allowing everyone to bring their unique view to the table contributes to a more inclusive and creative workplace and world.
Mahsa's work exemplifies how expertise, diversity of thought, and perseverance can drive meaningful change. her leadership continues to strengthen both Eastlink's network and the culture behind it.
