As Marielle reflects on what has kept her engaged for over a decade at Eastlink, she says without hesitation that collaboration and teamwork have been essential to her continued interest and success. She is energized by working in an environment that encourages her to voice her thoughts and opinions while drawing from the valuable insights of others.
Coming from a family who has uplifted and championed her to be strong and independent, Marielle credits her mom, dad and sister all of whom have inspired her work ethic and resilience.
She recognizes that few (if any), ever feel 100% ready for what’s next but it’s essential, especially as a woman, to not hold back and take a leap of faith when new opportunities arise. She says that being confident in yourself and your abilities will outshine your inner criticisms. Sage advice.
