She supports her team in a challenging and ever-changing environment while fostering the art of the possible. After over a decade with the company, Tania has achieved many milestones working in all facets of Customer Care becoming the lead for Eastlink’s Care training team.
Tania credits the strong, ethical, and resourceful women she's worked with over the years in her growth and development. She is a meticulous observer, learning from those around her and pulling those learnings forward to build and strengthen her own team.
Tania feels fortunate that most of her leaders have been women, which has been empowering as she navigates her career. She stresses the importance of diversity in leadership roles because the more diverse a leadership team, the more inclusive and reflective the work environment can be.
Tania takes every opportunity to encourage other women to soak in all the experience they can get reinforcing to start small, start somewhere, and try something new.
