Meet Travis Goodman, Eastlink’s Sales and Marketing Manager for the Pacific region. He joined in August 2024 and has been busy ever since traveling across BC to communities like Osoyoos, Golden and the Sunshine Coast, supporting local teams, growing the business and strengthening community connections.
Travis moved to North Delta from Ontario when he was a kid, and he’s always considered it home. Now living in Tsawwassen, he loves the mix of beaches, forests, and farmland, calling it “a unique community that’s close enough to the city’s hustle but far enough away to be peaceful.”
Starting a new job can be daunting, but Travis felt right at home at Eastlink: “The way I was welcomed onto the team was unlike anything I’ve experienced,” he says. “Getting real, face-to-face time with my colleagues during onboarding showed me how much Eastlink values connection.”
For Travis, success isn’t just about sales. It’s about making Eastlink a trusted part of the Delta community. “Seeing the growth of the brand firsthand has been fantastic,” he says. “We’re putting in the time to be as visible as possible, and it’s paying off.”
His top tip? “Embrace change. This industry moves fast. And show up. Attend local events, make connections, and build real relationships.”
Travis and his wife Lisa love walking the trails with their five-month-old shepherd, Twix. Their daughters, Abi (16) and Charlotte (14), keep them busy with sports and school events, and when he gets the chance, he’s either watching the Canucks or hitting the slopes.
