If you're looking for self-monitoring with cameras and access to video feed from your home, our Smart Camera package is for you. If you want a more robust system with 24/7 professional monitoring, our Smart Security package provides total protection.
Smart Camera packages are self-monitored and aren’t linked to a Central Monitoring Station. Customers are responsible for what happens in the event of an emergency. Smart Security packages include 24/7 professional monitoring by a Central Monitoring Station which alerts emergency authorities when needed.
Smart Camera packages can be self or professionally installed. Our support page provides all the resources you need for a smooth self-installation. Our Smart Security package must be installed by a technician.
Many home insurance providers offer up to a 20% discount to customers with a home security package. Home automation devices like smart plugs and smart thermostats also allow users to save money on their energy bills.
Conditions apply. Taxes extra. Smart Home packages are conditional upon entering into a 3-year (36 month) service agreement. Monthly equipment fees apply and vary by the equipment selected. If this agreement is terminated or your services are cancelled prior to the end of your term, you will be required to pay an amount that is equal to the fair market value of the total equipment provided to you pro-rated based off the number of months remaining on your term. Service is only available in select areas. Final eligibility for services will be determined by an Eastlink representative. A professional installation fee of $79.95 applies for all professionally installed packages and customers who subscribe to an Eastlink Internet plan. The professional installation fee for all other customers is $149.95.
